Ralitsa Arnaudova is an inspiring academic, entrepreneur, author, and beauty pageant titleholder who is redefining what modern elegance looks like. Currently holding the title Mrs Elegance Scotland 2025/26 and competing as a finalist in the Miss Elegance of the World, Ralitsa blends intelligence, compassion, and ambition in every aspect of her life.

Professionally, she is a Chartered Marketer and works as an Assistant Professor in Project Management, while also serving as a guest lecturer and external examiner at several universities across Europe, North America, and Asia. Her academic dedication has led her to earn six degrees from British universities, placing her among a very small percentage of highly educated professionals worldwide. She also completed the prestigious University of Oxford Executive Leadership Programme with top results and is currently nearing completion of her PhD at the University of the West of Scotland.

Beyond academia, Ralitsa is the author of several books and the founder of international charity initiatives focused on education, sustainability, and social empowerment. As a mother of two and a passionate advocate for women’s empowerment, she continues to inspire others through her work, creativity, and commitment to purposeful living.

Q1. Ralitsa, you wear many hats—academic, entrepreneur, author, and beauty queen. How do you balance all these roles?

Ralitsa Arnaudova:
Balance comes from clarity of purpose. Everything I do is connected by one central mission—empowerment through education and creativity. Whether I’m teaching at university, writing books, or participating in pageants, the goal is always the same: inspiring people to grow, learn, and believe in their potential.

Q2. What inspired you to pursue such an extensive academic journey?

Ralitsa Arnaudova:
I’ve always been a curious person who loves learning. Education opens doors not only professionally but also personally. Completing multiple degrees and studying at institutions like Oxford allowed me to deepen my understanding of leadership, business, and human potential. For me, learning is a lifelong journey.

Q3. Your book Graceful Hustle has resonated with many women. What message did you want readers to take from it?

Ralitsa Arnaudova:
The book focuses on helping women achieve productivity and success while maintaining balance and well-being. Too often, society tells women they must sacrifice something to succeed. Graceful Hustle: The Feminine Guide to Powerful Productivity shows that it’s possible to pursue ambition while still embracing femininity, compassion, and authenticity.

Q4. You also created a unique colouring book for aspiring pageant queens. What inspired that idea?

Ralitsa Arnaudova:
Pageantry is about more than beauty—it’s about mindset, confidence, and self-belief. With Pageant Queen Colouring: Manifest Your Dream Crown, I wanted to combine creativity with manifestation and positivity. It’s a fun but meaningful way for aspiring queens to visualize their goals.

Q5. Tell us about your charity initiative focused on children and the planet.

Ralitsa Arnaudova:
My newest project, My Planet, is very close to my heart. It includes a series of educational colouring books like Mommy Earth, My Planet, and Tiny Habits for a Happy Earth. The idea is to teach children to love and care for our planet from a young age through creativity and storytelling. These books are distributed free to nurseries and primary schools across Scotland.

Q6. You also launched a book recycling initiative. What impact do you hope it will create?

Ralitsa Arnaudova:
The initiative, Book‑oh‑Mobile, collects books that are no longer in use and redistributes them to people who need them most. As a lecturer and author, I believe books can transform lives. Through this project, we encourage reading, education, and personal development.

Q7. What does being a finalist at the Miss Elegance of the World pageant mean to you?

Ralitsa Arnaudova:
It’s both an honour and a responsibility. Pageants today are powerful platforms for advocacy. Being part of the Miss Elegance of the World competition allows me to highlight causes that matter to me—education, sustainability, and women’s empowerment.

Q8. As a mother, professional, and public figure, what message do you want to share with women around the world?

Ralitsa Arnaudova:
Women can be strong, ambitious, and successful while still embracing kindness, elegance, and compassion. Life doesn’t have to be about choosing one role over another. We can build lives filled with purpose, love, creativity, and impact.
